1. The service

Gamestimate is a free estimation game about video game numbers, published by [To be completed: raison sociale]. By playing, you accept these terms.

2. Account

You can play without an account. An account (email code, Google or Discord) lets you appear on the leaderboards, share, and play with your friends and squads. One account per person. You are responsible for access to your email address.

3. Usernames, squad names and behavior

Usernames and squad names are public. The following are prohibited: insulting, hateful, sexual or illegal content, impersonation (of a player, a public figure, or Gamestimate) and advertising. We may rename, hide or delete any content that breaks these rules.

4. Fair play

The following are prohibited: multiple accounts, automation (bots, scripts), exploiting bugs, and any attempt to get around the timer or obtain the answers in advance. In case of abuse, we may remove scores from the leaderboard, reset a rank or suspend an account.

5. The game's numbers

The numbers come from public sources cited in the game (publishers, press, measurement tools), as of a given date. They are provided for information and entertainment purposes, with no guarantee of accuracy. Spotted a mistake? Report it and we'll fix it. Scores already played are not recalculated.

6. Trademarks

The game titles, studio names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Gamestimate is not affiliated with, or sponsored by, any publisher, studio or platform.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its interface, its texts, its selection of questions and its visuals belong to [To be completed: raison sociale]. You are free to share your score cards and challenge links.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the game available every day, but we can't guarantee it (maintenance, incidents). The game is provided "as is".

9. Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the game. We may update these terms; the version in force is always on this page.
